Superdrug
We were approached with an opportunity to update the interiors at a few Superdrug stores in the UK—sales were down and the spaces felt dated.
Working with my partners, the UK Shopper team at Johnson & Johnson, we developed a new approach to the customer experience adding consultation rooms, a separated pharmacy with new individual counters for assistance, highly visible product segmentation through color and lighting and a unique aisle layout which helped the shopper flow.
