Designed by Fumihiko Maki, this 400,000 sf is at the heart of the East Village in NYC. It has a LEED Gold status, and features a Jeff Koons' Balloon Rabbit in the lobby as well as Keith Haring's sculpture, 'Self-Portrait' on the urban plaza. It is the headquarters of IBM's IBM Watson Group division.

I developed the logo based on the unique architectural features of the building. This was then translated into a custom marketing book featuring many of the great details of the building and neighborhood.
